Whenever it’s possible, yes. Send photos with your next check-in time and the job is scheduled around it. If it can’t be done in time, you’ll hear that straight away, not at the last minute.
No. Share the door code or lockbox and the work is done while the property is empty, with before-and-after photos of every repair sent to you.
Yes. Hosts with one property and companies with many can join. Each property takes one of the 25 spots, so tell us how many you manage when you join.
Small fixes are priced from photos, before any work begins. For a list of jobs, a Honey-Do Day is $350 for 4 hours or $600 for 8 hours with one person; if the job needs more than one person, the price will change.
Ramzi swaps existing fixtures on the wires and pipes already there, like faucets, toilets, garbage disposals, light fixtures and ceiling fans. New wiring and new plumbing lines need a licensed electrician or plumber, and Ramzi will tell you upfront, before anything is quoted.
Metro Atlanta, including Atlanta, Alpharetta, Roswell, Duluth, Decatur, Smyrna, Suwanee, Norcross and Lawrenceville. Properties nearby are often fine too, just ask.
