You get a clear price for the agreed scope before any work begins. If anything needs permits or a licensed trade, Ramzi tells you upfront.

Ramzi arrives when promised, keeps you updated as the work moves and treats your home with care. Materials are taken care of and included in your invoice.
Walk-through & a clean finish
The finished work is walked through with you, and the space is left clean. If something doesn’t hold up the way it should, just call.
