What we collect
Information you give us. When you send the estimate form we receive:
- Your name, email address and phone number
- The ZIP code of the project, to check it is in our service area
- The details you choose to share about the project: rooms and work needed, how much help, preferred timing, budget range and your description
- Your preferred visit day and time, if you pick one
- That you agreed to be contacted, and when
We do not ask for your street address on the website; we confirm it with you when a visit is booked. When you call, text or email us, we receive whatever you choose to share, such as photos of the work.
The chat assistant. The chat assistant answers common questions inside your browser. What you type there is not sent to us or to anyone else.
Technical information. Like any website, our hosting provider processes the technical data needed to deliver pages and keep the site secure, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages requested and the time. We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools.
The project map. The “Homes across metro Atlanta” map loads map images from OpenFreeMap, which receives your IP address and the map area shown, as with any web request. The map shows only approximate areas and counts of past projects, never a client’s name or address.
How we use it
- To reply to your request, prepare an estimate and arrange a visit
- To carry out and manage work you hire us for
- To keep the business, tax and warranty records the law requires
- To protect the website and prevent spam and fraud
We do not send you marketing without asking separately first. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising.
Who we share it with
- Service providers that help us run the business, such as website hosting (Cloudflare), email (Google, which delivers the estimate form to our inbox) and phone services, only so they can provide that service
- Trade partners working on your project, only when needed and with your knowledge
- Authorities or other parties when the law requires it, or to protect our rights or someone’s safety
- A buyer or successor, if the business is ever sold or reorganized

How long we keep it
If you don’t hire us, we keep your request for up to two years in case you come back to the project, then delete it. Client records are kept for as long as tax, warranty and other legal obligations require.
How we protect it
We take reasonable steps to protect your information. No method of sending or storing data online is completely secure, so please don’t send sensitive information such as bank or card details through the website.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to tell you what we hold about you, correct it or delete it, and you can stop texts at any time by replying STOP or telling us. Depending on the state you live in, you may have further rights under local privacy laws. We will not treat you differently for using them. We answer requests within the time the law requires.
Because we don’t track you across websites or sell or share personal information, Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals have nothing to switch off here; we honor them all the same.
Children
This website is meant for adults arranging work on their homes. It is not directed at children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
