Sending the estimate form, picking a visit time or using the chat does not create a contract and does not commit you or us to anything. A visit time is a preference until we confirm it with you.
Prices are only given in a written estimate. Any work is governed by the written estimate or contract we both agree to, which takes priority over anything on this website, including descriptions, FAQs and chat answers.
Permits and licensed trades
If a job needs a permit or a licensed trade such as an electrician or plumber, we will tell you before quoting. We only carry out work we are permitted to perform, and refer other work to an appropriately licensed professional.
The chat assistant
The chat assistant is automated and can be wrong or incomplete. Its answers are not quotes, promises or advice. Please confirm anything important with Ramzi directly.
Photos, figures and reviews
Some images on this website, including the homepage tour and certain photographs, are illustrative or licensed stock and do not show a specific Ramzi Renovation project. Every home is different, so results vary.
